There is a war going on in our country, a war that we did not choose, but which we will surely win. Every Ukrainian business helps the army and the front as best it can. Work and life in the country continue. Perhaps someone will think that it is too early to talk about the state and development of business after the war. But the country and its economy are moving and must move on. Someone has moved the vector in the direction of help, someone is transporting the heart of the company to a safe place, and another part of the companies must work, because our life and survival depend on them. Product retailers, some online stores are returning to work. If the first two weeks most businesses lived with the question "What to do now", now more and more companies and their owners are thinking about the question "What will happen next?".
Having analyzed the histories of countries in different periods of development, including during C Level Executive List and after the war, I formed some patterns and advice that will be relevant for Ukrainian business after our victory. Volodymyr Halyka Volodymyr Galika , Managing Partner at NGN.agency, speaker at SMM Day conferences, lecturer at WebPromoExperts Academy of Internet Marketing, has 10 years of experience in local and network agencies in the positions of managing director and strategy director. 1. After victory there will be acceleration That is, all processes, including economic ones, will move very quickly. Business will start or restart faster. And company owners need to prepare for these moments. After the end of the war, people will want to "back to normal" as soon as possible. But the usual state of affairs will no longer be there. In the new reality, we will appeal with the term "back to now normal", that is, very fast changes. In this case, only those companies that will quickly change, join the process and work will win and survive.
First, it is patriotic. Secondly, it is economically beneficial and pragmatic. Thirdly, the time for decision-making and project development will be reduced. The demand for goods and services will begin to rise rapidly as early as 3-4 weeks after the end of the war. 2. Work for a nation of winners We will no longer be those people who have to explain who we are outside the borders of our country, that Ukraine is not Russia, not Poland and not a typical post-Soviet country. The whole world will know Ukraine as a nation of winners, a nation of heroes, people who were able to do what more developed, prosperous countries did not have the courage to do. Right now, at the front, our heroes are doing everything so that later each of us will be a part of the nation of winners. And in the future, this factor will give us many opportunities, including in working with Western markets.
